01Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trendflash.store (the "Website") and your purchase of products offered on it. By using the Website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is operated by Trendflash ("we", "us"). Contact: support@trendflash.store.

02Product

We sell a single digital product: the PDF guide "Website in an Evening", written in English. It explains how to build simple landing pages with AI tools and offer them to local businesses.

This is a downloadable digital file. No physical goods are shipped and no subscription is created.

03Price and payment

• Price: USD 9.99, one-time payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency.

04Delivery

After successful payment you receive a download link immediately on the checkout confirmation page and by email. If you did not receive access, contact support@trendflash.store and we will send it manually within 1 business day.

05Refund policy

• If you cannot access or download the guide because of a technical problem we are unable to fix, you get a full refund.
• If the file is damaged or substantially different from its description on the Website, you get a full refund.
• Other refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase and reviewed individually.
• To request a refund, email support@trendflash.store with your order email. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem.

06License and use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the guide or any part of it without our written permission. All content remains our intellectual property.

07No income guarantee

The guide is educational material. Any examples of earnings are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on your own work, skills, market and other factors outside our control.

08Limitation of liability

The guide is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the guide, or for third-party services mentioned in it (AI tools, hosting, payment providers). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

09Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the moment it is published on this page and does not affect purchases already completed.
